My new Bosch mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just received my new Bosch mixer. This is the first time I have ever owned a Bosch mixer and can't wait to start using it. I have always had a kitchen aide and I see this as a huge upgrade. I am sure going to love this mixer because I'll be able to make bread, pizza dough ,cookie dough, cake batter and much much more with one mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up we had a Bosch which I used occasionally to make cookies, but my mom baked A LOT of bread, 16-32 loaves on the days she baked. I have fond memories of the Bosch and have wanted one for some time. I have been making two loaves of bread by hand per week, but our Bosch just arrived today and I immediately made some bread. Not that I mind doing it by hand, but using the Bosch was like a dream and makes it so much easier and quicker for weeks when I can't invest the time to do it by hand (and it Bosch kneeds better than I do).

Better than my KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving this mixer! I've used it to make bread and cinnamon rolls and the kneading action is so much better than my KitchenAid was. I will say that larger batches are the way to go which is fine for me because I always make 2 loaves at a time. I look forward to much more baking with my mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest review...I've always wanted this mixer. It was gifted to me and i was so excited! After using I've discovered a few things. 1) this mixer is amazing for my cookie doughs, and allows me to make multiple batches and the cleanup is not that bad. 2) when making cake batter it can be quite messy during cleanup but still allows you to fit more in. Overall i use this mixer on heavy baking days when i have a lot to make at once but if i only have a small batch i find myself still using my standard stand mixer as the cleanup is a little easier. I do suggest if you are a baker to have both and since i bake every week, being able to take the time to make big batches of cookie dough to then freeze is a huge help!

I have been wanting a Bosrch for a while

Now that I have my own family I have been baking two loaves a week by hand. I used the Bosch the very night it arrived and it was like a dream. It made it faster and easier and the bread was noticable different

Read the Manual

Love this machine. I was coming from a Kitchenaid that I loved- and still love; but it was suffering through my increased usage. My mom thought this would be better for the increased volume of dough I make. Watch Youtube videos to help with learning how to adjust things because of the increased power of a Bosche. Please read the manual, otherwise the "white and grey stuff" - the permanent factory lubricant-that comes to the top of the drive shaft when youre mixing bigger batches, and the machine gets warm from effort, can be concerning. Because i read the manual, I just pinched those bits off the dough and the rest was fine, and after a month or two of use, rarely happens any more.
