Stands the test of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother has had a Bosch mixer for as long as I can remember and has used it to make homemade honey wheat bread, among many other things. I've now taken up the mantle of making homemade bread for my own family, and there was no question that I needed a Bosch of my own. I know it will provide countless loaves not only for my own family but for our surrounding neighbors and friends. I'm so excited for what is to come while using my Bosch!

LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has cut my time in 1/2 for making cookies and frosting. I received it last week and made 4 batches of frosting at one time and that was with cold butter. Made the cookie dough very quick and again double batches. Just love it!

Love the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting to know my machine, but I love the design. I have been a lifelong KitcheAid user, however bought a 6qt machine in 2020 and have been disappointed ever since. With the Bosch, being able to have access to the bowl from above and not have the moterhead in the way to me is a game changer. I look forward to becoming better aquainted with the machine and creating delicious food.

Best mixer ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it today for the first time to make Panettone! This an enriched bread and my KitchenAid mixer couldn't handle it. The Universal Bosch is a true workhorse !

Favorite kitchen appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love and I don't care who knows it. Ha! Favorite kitchen appliance/tool I have ever had. Mixes heavy doughs with no issue. Able to handle double batches with room to spare in bowl but small enough to still fit in fridge to ingredients if needed. Have the blender and love that in I don't have to get out additional appliances when cooking/baking. Love my Bosch!

Very large mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas because I've wanted one for a while. I must say it's much bigger than I thought it would be, the capacity I mean. It's almost too small for 1 recipe of bread. I've started doing double batches as it mixes better with more dough. However, I'm still learning to use it and there's a bit of a learning curve. I haven't figured out how long to knead in the mixer vs my hands. I find myself not wanting to lug it out everytime I need to make bread. It's quite bulky and heavy. But I expect it will last a very long time. So far so good, we are still getting to know each other that's all.
