Favorite kitchen appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love and I don't care who knows it. Ha! Favorite kitchen appliance/tool I have ever had. Mixes heavy doughs with no issue. Able to handle double batches with room to spare in bowl but small enough to still fit in fridge to ingredients if needed. Have the blender and love that in I don't have to get out additional appliances when cooking/baking. Love my Bosch!

Very large mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas because I've wanted one for a while. I must say it's much bigger than I thought it would be, the capacity I mean. It's almost too small for 1 recipe of bread. I've started doing double batches as it mixes better with more dough. However, I'm still learning to use it and there's a bit of a learning curve. I haven't figured out how long to knead in the mixer vs my hands. I find myself not wanting to lug it out everytime I need to make bread. It's quite bulky and heavy. But I expect it will last a very long time. So far so good, we are still getting to know each other that's all.

This is a great mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer two months ago. Overall, I am very pleased with how the mixer operates and looks. There are suction cups on the bottom of the stand so the mixer doesn't scoot around on the counter. I can whip up doughs and batters quicker than with a traditional stand mixer. I haven't attempted to bake any breads or stiff doughs yet. This mixer is a bit loud when it's running. Otherwise, I only have positive things to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer was so easy to understand how to use, assemble, and I used it immediately after unpacking it.
I finished a loaf of sourdough bread in it, then made a triple batch of peanut butter cookies. Beautiful cookies. So easy. I wish I had made my meatballs in it first thing but it hadn't arrived yet! I see it mixing my homemade sausage and hamburger jerky. Can't wait to see what all it can do. Easy cleanup, quiet operation. I am HAPPY!

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé had one of these before. I bought her a Kitchenaid but it woukd stop with a two loave batch. Took it back and got her this one. She made six loaves the day we received it and not the slightest slow down of the kneaded. Less money than buying the Kitchenaid Pro. Also purchased the slicers and bakers pack.

Changed my baking forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new mixer! It takes less time to mix ingredients and everything is thoroughly mixed. I can mix double and triple batches, saving so much time. My only issue are the cookie paddles. Mine did crack when mixing cookie dough.
