Very satisfied , makes baking &food prep a breeze

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Received the Bosch universal plus black model about one month ago. I wanted a sturdy multifunction machine so I bought the blender, the baking accessories, the shredder and spriralizer. I've tried every accessory and I'm very pleased with the sturdiness, especially with the dough hook for making bread, and the large capacity stainless steel bowl. I initially wanted a food processor as well but found the one offered too small capacity; I do not miss it. However I would consider buying the bigger shredder/grater when it becomes available again just to be able to put everything in the same bowl (like grated butter to then make pie dough with the hook).

Bosch All Mighty

After many years of owning a Kitchen Aid Mixer I happened to overhear my wife and daughter salivating over the Bosch machine one day a while back. Jump ahead a couple months and here comes my wifes B-Day. Miracle I know but I actually rememberd the desire for Bosch. Quick E mail to the kiddies, lets pool our funds and make momma happy. Bosh arrives, Bosch is opened on the big day, momma cries.
Wife and Daughter are all smiles now and the only tears are from the old Kitchen Aid which has been kicked into the corner of the attic.
I can guarantee they love everything about this machine as it is now the only one they use. Its a great machine. plenty of power, quiet, huge capacity, less mess, and clean up is a breeze. Thanks Bosch you made me a hero for a couple days anyway.

Great! But....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Universal Plus works well, however I find it very annoying that I have to put vegetable oil on plastic gears and plastic center to avoid loud squeaking everytime I use.

Work horse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer!! I use it for making natural yeast bread and it has no problem needing it for 10-15 mins. I also make bread 3 times a week and it has no problem keeping up!

What a Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this mixer is not intended for commercial use, we've used it(actually 3 of them) for years in our food truck in which we make soft pretzels. These mixers have made dough for tens of thousands of pretzels since 2015 without incident. Only recently did we have one of the dough hooks actually snap and break while mixing 66 ounces of flour for dough. We've been exceptionally satisfied with these mixers. Highly recommend for anyone who bakes. Other mixers such as simply can't produce the volume of dough we need(no pun intended).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom had a Bosch all growing up and I loved it. I couldn't afford one so I used 2 different modles if Kitchen aid over the last 17 years. My husband bought me a Bosch for Christmas after my kitchen motor died. I honestly can't believe how powerful it is. I love the dough hook, )I make a lot of bread), and the food processor attachment is awesome! So easy to clean and really durable.
