Perfect companion to my Nutrimill classic

This is a great upgrade to my kitchen as I embark on milling fresh flour to make bread and more! The dough hook and extender that were included make baking a joy! I am impressed by the ease using of this mixer. . .even the clean up. At some point I hope to add some of the attachments like the shredder slicer and blender that are compatible with the Bosch Universal Plus.

My favorite mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. I love I can throw everything in there. Put the lid on, mix it up, and I don't have to worry about flour or anything else flying out and it mixes up everything perfectly.

Where has this been all my life?!

When I had seen a couple people post videos on TT about this mixer, I must say I was a little intrigued because I myself being a home-baker/cook ( taught by mom and learned through trail/error) I was a bit skeptical because I already had a mixer which did all this but it was heavy. Well, let me just stop right there; there is no comparison. This mixer has blown my mind, I love that it's light, it has suction cups to stick to counter tops. And, the different attachments...OMG?! Yes, I got the plus with all the goodies. This has taken my baking to the next level! I'll never go back, this was hands-down the best investment/mother’s day gift I have purchased. If you are thinking about it, stop and do it, you won't regret it.
