Loving my dough machine!

It handles that heavy dough perfectly! I thought that was all I would use it for, but now I find myself reaching for this for all my mixing needs. Now I'm trying to decide which attachment to get first....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Capable of doing 6 batches at one once! Quiet and boy is it powerful! It has beat both of my kitchen aids. For the price, it would be nice if it came with a few more attachments, but overall.... no complaints on form, fit, or function!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Universal Mixer has been on my wish list for quite some time. Finally, I pulled the trigger and purchased the baker's deluxe set which came with tons of extras...cookie paddles, cake paddles, ice cream maker, etc. I couldn't be happier. The only drawback is the standard plastic bowl, which I understand is not rated for any temperatures above 100C. This makes it unsuitable for utilization when making Italian Meringue, which is the only meringue I use for macarons. I saw the stainless steel bowl addition, which is out of stock on the bosch site, and a bit pricey; but, I'm going to have to purchase at some point.
