Effective Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to go with the Bosch mixer because we didnt feel that a KitchenAid or similar could hold up to our demands (and we had tax return refund money- otherwise we cannot afford it). I have used this machine multiple times a day, everyday, since receiving it, and the motor is strong and consistent. I had to run it on level 3 for 18 minutes to make marshmallows one day and it did great, was just lukewarm to the touch. I use the blender attachment also at least once a day. This machine and attachments are everything we expected. Easy enough to clean. Only complaint would be against the bowl scraper attachment; one cracked the first time using it and it's difficult to attach to the plastic and metal whip drives.

Bosch kitchen machine

Suction cups on bottom of machine hold the unit steady.Dough hook with scraper keeps the mix flowing and the bowl clean. Unit is easy to add ingredients to the bowl with spillage or mess.Pre selected speeds more than adequate in mixing and blending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave it 4 stars because it is a great product and very strong. But after using it for a few weeks there was a lot I wasn't pleased with. Take making cookies, you have to change to dough hook from the cookie beaters when adding in chips. Just one more product to clean.
Also, its a QUICK & FAST start to machine so even with the lid on flour/dry pops out wherever it can so cleanup is another time consuming issue. (6qt kitchen aid has a slow speed to mix in and then increase speed)
Seems to overwhip buttercream eveb following same recipe as I used with KA.
One last misgiving on it is when you need to fold in ingredients by hand. Its awkward to use the center post so it's either struggle threw or use another bowl.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch is a nice machine as far as kneading the dougy, mashing potatoes, etc.. Cleaning it however is the pitts. The part on top should be stainless steel as well as the attachable parts. Plastic chips and breaks. ALready had to replace the splash ring.

Best decision ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake bread and cookies. This Bosch Universal is a workhorse when it comes to mixing my dough. I make a multigrain bread that I am able to mix four loaves worth of ingredients at a time. This machine handles all the dough like a champ. I only wish I bought it sooner.

Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine

My Bosch has gone with me from California, to Connecticut, to Texas and then finally to a permanent home in Mesa, Arizona. What else can I say - I absolutely love this kitchen appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great machine. HUGE capacity, which can be a bit of a problem is only one loaf of bread is needed. Perhaps offer a smaller bowl as well as the large one?
