So powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just kneaded a huge batch of wheat bread dough that had 10 cups of flour. It did the job perfectly. Also use it to make massive batches of cookies for the kids' school events. I love it. Keep it on the counter as a show appliance.

Kitchen machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on the Bosch Kitchen machine due to its ability to handle large and heavy loads of dough. I am very content with its strength and noise level. That being said, I wished it would come with a smaller bowl to handle smaller amounts such as eggs whites etc. I was also disappointed to learn that I had to pay for additional adaptive beaters such as the cookie or cake paddles, which are essential to everyday baking.
It might be of note to remember to handwash everything to prevent discoloration of any metal appliances. Had all the adapters been stainless steel, that wouldn't be an issue.
In all, I would buy it again but buying all the adapters was a negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome product, Keeps things mess free. Bread is easier in metal bowl with bottom hook. White bowl cookie hooks loosen with heavier dough but worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a KitchenAid mixer for 20 years and it finally expired. I love my new Bosch, it mixes faster and better than my KitchenAid. It has been easy to figure out, fits nicely in my cupboard and looks great.

Otherwise it is a wonderful product. I've made pizza dough, cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old Bosch mixer which I bought used 20 years ago. It was so dependable I hated to get a new one. I decided it was time to purchase a new mixer. I love it. It is so smooth and it's easier to clean. I haven't tried all the attachments yet. But the spiralizer worked great. This mixer is well built and great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You're getting what you're paying for (keep inflation in mind also)- it can handle much more than a kitchenaid can. This is for people who REALLY cook and bake at home, not just for a blog. I am sure there's better blenders out there, but this one is barely affordable as is (but thanks irs for the refund money). It's great for our needs. With our stainless steel bowl we also got the baker's package (for the cookie and cake paddles), and the blender. Blender has also been awesome so far. Have gone through many blenders (crappy oster, black & decker, and better cuisinart blenders) so finally invested in a better one. Happy customer.
