Great Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is powerful and reliable, I love that I can process really large recipes without any concerns of it over-flowing. Made a nice big batch of spudnut doughnuts and it worked flawlessly.

Bread heaven

Best dough mixer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last mixer died while making a batch of cinnamon rolls. I've heard great things about Bosch so thought I try one this time. At first there were none available so I checked out other mixers, but kept coming back to see if the Bosch was back in stock. Before I had to buy a mixer, the Bosch was back.
I've made a batch of rolls and the mixer was wonderful. Kneaded the dough great without any effort and less flour than the old mixer. 5 stars for bread.
My husband loves Oatmeal Raisen Cookies. I did order the cookie paddles with the metal holder. Was not real happy with the way it mixed the cookie dough and the fact that I had to change out the paddles for the dough hook when I added the oatmeal. Will have to get used to a new routine when making cookies. Hope I can get the hang of it without too much trouble. At this point, I'm ready to go back to the hand mixer,
I have used the Wire Whips. It does a great job whipping eggs whites and cream.
Love the suction cups on the bottom to keep the mixer from crawling on the counter.
I used my old mixer to shred cooked chicken but haven't tried doing this with the Bosch. Not even sure that I can.
Right now the Bosch doesn't feel as versatile as my old mixer and I would be having severe buyer's remorse save for the fact it works great for breads.

Best kitchen appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch mixer is amazing. It works great, very strong, can hold large amount of dough at once, speeds are perfect for all baking conditions. It's not a heavy machine, so I love taking it out to mix up cookie dough batters, cakes, bread, etc. My little kids love baking with me cuz the machine looks (and sounds) so exciting. Don't worry - it does not make a lot of noise. I can bake while the kids are asleep, and they don't wake up. The sleek white color and silver bowl add a nice touch to our kitchen. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes making cookies so easy, No stoping and scrapping the bowl, flour flying everywhere. I sell decorated cut outs and it has cut my time in mixing. NEVER going back to a Kitchenaide!!!

Bosch bread mixer

I love this new Bosch. I have made the white and wheat bread from the cookbook. They are so easy to mix up and the bread comes out so soft and yummy. I also used my cookie paddles. They were great and had the dough mixed up and ready to bake in minutes.
