Bosch Kitchen machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I used to have a different brand. it was more bulky, but it made great bread so I thought. I made the same recipe I have always done, but my husband absolutely raved over this bread! He said it was the best bread he had ever had. This machine is much quieter as well. I would buy this machine again in a heartbeat!

Great workhorse mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, when I set out to get a mixer for my home-based keto bakery, I was looking at getting the two other mixers (one a KitchenAid and the other brand with more power but not as common in the U.S.). Then Covid hit, and these mixers were unavailable so I opted for this one, as I had noticed several other bakers we're using them for their home-based bakeries. The one downside, with the particular model I got, is all the plastic accessories for the money paid (roughly $500 for the baker's package). These work just fine, and make for a light-weight product I do actually store in a lazy Susan, but my preference would be to use a stainless steel bowl and accessories. Overall, you can't beat the power, and from my earlier reading of reviews, these mixers outlast many of the KitchenAids with less power for the same number of quarts the bowl holds. All in all, I do recommend this product.

Love My Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom was an avid promoter and user of the Bosch machine. I inherited hers when she passed away in 2008. I'm not exactly sure how old it was, but it must have been over 40 years old when it was given to me. It finally gave out about 3 months ago. It took me awhile to save up for a new one, and I missed it dearly. I have finally gotten a new one, and I'm just as happy with it as I was with the old one. I'm hoping this one lasts just as long so my daughter can inherit it from me.
