Great mixer with solid power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my Bosch so far! I'm amazed at how easily it can mix multiple batches of cookie dough (including 16 cups of flour) with ease. No dry ingredients get left in the bottoms and thanks to the clear covering, ingredients aren't splashing out all over my countertop. It fits nicely on the counter and under cabinets and runs fairly quiet compared to my KitchenAid. My one complaint so far is not about the mixer itself but the cookie paddles sold separately - they are made of a thick plastic but still break when used to mix a thick dough like sugar cookies. Bosch replaced my broken pair but I won't use them again for cookies.

Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine Wonder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the magnificent workhorse of my kitchen. Sleek design, fits right in with today's black and stainless kitchen decor. Light weight, easy to lift and move but with a powerful 800 watt motor. This mixer gives me all the energy to make up ot 14 loaves of bread at a time. or to blend delicate german pancakes, or crepes with the blender attachment. Thank you Bosch for giving a professional mixing machine to today's home bakers.

Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t continue to make cookie dough in my Kitchen Aid artisan mini, so I followed a friend's lead and got a Bosch. Today I put it to the test with a triple batch of dough. (18 C flour, 6 C sugar, etc.) My friend said it could handle it—I was skeptical. But it mixed BEAUTIFULLY all the way through to the bottom. Highly recommended it if you’re needing a new mixer!

Powerful Yet Compact Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch mixer! It is sturdy enough to thoroughly knead even the toughest of doughs but quiet and smooth-running at the same time. I love that its design is compact enough to store away in a cupboard if desired to free up extra counter space yet also sleek enough to leave on a countertop. I love all the different accessories that basically turn it into a one-stop-shop of a mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this mixer. I do wish there was a handle on the bowl. I also wish the cookie paddles and other attachments were metal so I could just throw in nuts and have them break up in the mixer like the Kitchen aide does. Lots to love about this mixer. I'm very happy with it. I just need to make a few adjustments in my recipes.
