Really love this new machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a KitchenAid stand mixer (large, epicurean model) for 18+ years and always believed it couldn't be topped until I was introduced to this magnificent machine. It was my Christmas present, and it works like a dream. I don't think I had ever correctly creamed butter before I met my Bosch. HIGHLY recommend.

Love my new mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked for this mixer for Christmas. I love it. I have made bread several times. It has turned out great.. It is so nice not to have flour puffed all over when mixing like my last mixer did.
I have used my Ice cream maker attachment a few times as the ice cream is creamy and great. I will be buying the pasta attachment next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new Bosch mixer. I make a lot of cookies and caramel rolls and it does SUCH a nice job on everything. My husband has coined a new word: Bosching. He will tell our grown children, "Mom is Bosching again."

Very fast mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bosch Pro mixer for about 5 weeks. I've made bread (from sourdough to whole wheat), biscuit dough, preferments, etc. The one thing I can say is that it mixes and kneads FAST! But that is also where my biggest complaint lies. It has no slow speed for incorporating flour into liquid, gently mixing aerated fillings or combining flexible ingredients into a dessert dough. It throws flour, hits the end point of whipped cream quickly and you have to be attentive when combining pretty much anything that's in any way crushable. So I get around it by pulsing manually, not with the Manual pulse dial position which is still to fast, but to the Speed 1 position. It just needs a Slow speed function and I'd give it 5 stars. Other than that, it has a very large capacity and it's really lightweight (but doesn't walk on the counter) and fits under counters easily. It is also easy to clean and it is easy to change the mixing tools. No heavy bowls or motor head to lift. I'd really like to give it a 3.8 star rating.

Amazing mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I was very skeptical regarding how well this mixer would work. I have been a home bread maker for over 50 years. In the last few years I have developed pain issues in both hands, thereby rendering it nearly impossiable to knead bread dough as it should be kneaded. Have tried other mixers but have been sorely dissapointed. In desperation I tried the Bosch Kitchen machine. What a amazing tool!
The unit is very well made, easy to clean and to reassemble. Love the fact that it has suction feet which firmly attach to the counter. No matter how heavy the dough the unit dose not bounce around.
The design of the dough paddle is such that it thoroughly mixes and folds the dough, far better than I ever could. I am back again doing what I love. Making home made bread.
Do not hesitate purchasing this unit. Yes it is a little pricey, but well worth the money...

Powerful machine
