[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. I wish I would of waited because of the price difference, but I just love this mixer. I mixes much faster then my kitchen aid. I gave that to my daughter in law whom I do love.

The best all around mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a Kitchen Aid mixer for over 10 years but recently got into bread making. The Kitchen Aid is elementary in comparison to the Bosch. The Bosch can handle so much more dough and cuts my kneading time way down. It is also much easier to clean and lighter in weight than my Kitchen Aid. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My older Bosch 2-speed mixer is over 35 years old and still going strong without one bit of trouble. So with that kind of track record it wasn’t hard to stay with Bosch when I decided to upgrade to the Universal Plus. I like the new bowl design and the splash ring and lid cover. I would like to say that the white bowl works better when kneading bread dough than the SS bowl. I’ve looked at other brands of mixers, but Bosch has the right features that make it the winner hands down.

Better than the Best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On Christmas 1980, my husband gave me a BOSCH kitchen machine. I used it often and loved it. Then, in November 2020, it died! I bought a cheap hand mixer to get by. Then, for Christmas 2020, my children bought me a new BOSCH. I wondered: will it be as good as my old one. But, I have discovered that it's even better! It has little updates (ex: suction on the bottom) that make it superior to my 1980 model. I fully expect this one to outlive me! Now the big question: When the day comes, which of my 5 wonderful children will inherit my amazing BOSCH?

Great Big Batch Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mixer for a month now and I've really enjoyed it. I "upgraded" from a KitchenAid and appreciate the larger bowl capacity and the POWER of the engine! It cleans easily so long as you make sure everything is VERY dry because you don't want water to get down into the motor area. I recommend getting the baking accessory kit for the extra paddles.
The only issue I have with the mixer is that it struggles with smaller batches. It's advertised that it can whip a single egg but I don't see that happening. Still, I love this mixer and highly recommend it!

Bread making is a snap,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Bosch mixer for Christmas after burning through a 5 Qt Kitchenaid again during my quarantine bread-making binge. The quick start video was the best way to start so I could orient myself to the different attachments and their uses. I wish the twist on of the bowl was a different direction than the twist on of the splash guard. From a couple of uses, it seems tricky to remove the splash guard and the lid together without removing the center cover first and then holding the splash guard from the center opening rather than trying to twist it off on the outer edge. I love that I can add all my flour in the top and it doesn't explode everywhere. The dough hook mixes and kneads quickly. I've also tried a couple of cookie dough recipes and the advice to start with the whisks and then move to the dough hook is accurate. I wish there were some intermediate paddle (I'm aware there are cookie paddles), that came with the original machine, so I don't have to switch the beater to the paddle halfway through the recipe. The suction cups are great at keeping the mixer in place, even with a heavy dough going. I've tried to insert the cord into the base and assumed there was some kind of spring or coiling system but it feels like I'm just stuffing the cord into the base haphazardly, which I can't imagine is good for the long-term life of the cord. I'm opting to leave it out, tucked between the bowl and outside motor. Really happy with it and hope it can survive my weekly bread-making habit.

Best mixer out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a Bosch kitchen mixer for many years now, and it is definitely the best tool you can get. I took many cooking courses at a university, and we were able to try every kitchen machine imagineable. It was common consensus that the Bosch mixer outdid every other machine, including the Kitchenaid Pro series. The Bosch is powerful, reliable, and helps me make bread, cakes, and cookies like a pro. I also enjoy the convenience of the shredder attachments.
