What a Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this mixer is not intended for commercial use, we've used it(actually 3 of them) for years in our food truck in which we make soft pretzels. These mixers have made dough for tens of thousands of pretzels since 2015 without incident. Only recently did we have one of the dough hooks actually snap and break while mixing 66 ounces of flour for dough. We've been exceptionally satisfied with these mixers. Highly recommend for anyone who bakes. Other mixers such as simply can't produce the volume of dough we need(no pun intended).

Work horse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer!! I use it for making natural yeast bread and it has no problem needing it for 10-15 mins. I also make bread 3 times a week and it has no problem keeping up!

Great! But....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Universal Plus works well, however I find it very annoying that I have to put vegetable oil on plastic gears and plastic center to avoid loud squeaking everytime I use.

Bosch All Mighty

After many years of owning a Kitchen Aid Mixer I happened to overhear my wife and daughter salivating over the Bosch machine one day a while back. Jump ahead a couple months and here comes my wifes B-Day. Miracle I know but I actually rememberd the desire for Bosch. Quick E mail to the kiddies, lets pool our funds and make momma happy. Bosh arrives, Bosch is opened on the big day, momma cries.
Wife and Daughter are all smiles now and the only tears are from the old Kitchen Aid which has been kicked into the corner of the attic.
I can guarantee they love everything about this machine as it is now the only one they use. Its a great machine. plenty of power, quiet, huge capacity, less mess, and clean up is a breeze. Thanks Bosch you made me a hero for a couple days anyway.

Registration - incorrect watts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In trying to register my new mixer, the system says my model number is for a 500W mixer. My model is an 800 Watt mixer, not 500W. Needs correcting.

Great for bread dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a particular sourdough sandwich bread recipe and I use the Bosch to do the mixing and kneading. I just had the best bread because of my Bosch. My bread maker couldn't give me the kneading required for the crumb I have been working for. This is my favorite small appliance.
