Bosch kitchen machine is life changing!

I have made cakes and breads in this and it's exceeded my expectations of mixing!! Don't wait like I did and do everything by hand. It mixes everything evenly and I'm super impressed!

Worth the Wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided I finally would buy myself a REAL Mixer and started reading consumer reports and reviews. Went with this BOSCH - has some real solid engineered drive parts, larger capacity, and reviews suggested it worked good on smaller batches. I also bought the extras: cookie/cake paddle, spiralizer, sifter, blender, food processor and ice cream churn. Have had a lot of fun! Cookies, muffins, blueberry ice cream, spirazlized a carrot for my spaghetti!

Universal mixer review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is wonderful. I put it through its paces probably a lot more than the average home baker and it has responded admirably. There's been a few issues such as the bearing breaking when used in conjunction with the dough hook extender and one of my dough hooks broke, but Dave Condie in customer service explained what was likely happening and sent a replacement updated dough hook that is pretty dope. I want to eventually get more attachments but that will have to come eventually.

What an excellent mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch mixer beats other mixers on the market hands down. It mixes without throwing ingredients out of the bowl (including flour). The Bosch mixer handles large batches of dough with no problem. No stripping of gears and dough crawling up the hook to make a mess all over. But it also hanles whipping egg whites and cream with ease.

Best mixer out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom had a Bosch all growing up and I loved it. I couldn't afford one so I used 2 different modles if Kitchen aid over the last 17 years. My husband bought me a Bosch for Christmas after my kitchen motor died. I honestly can't believe how powerful it is. I love the dough hook, )I make a lot of bread), and the food processor attachment is awesome! So easy to clean and really durable.

What a Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this mixer is not intended for commercial use, we've used it(actually 3 of them) for years in our food truck in which we make soft pretzels. These mixers have made dough for tens of thousands of pretzels since 2015 without incident. Only recently did we have one of the dough hooks actually snap and break while mixing 66 ounces of flour for dough. We've been exceptionally satisfied with these mixers. Highly recommend for anyone who bakes. Other mixers such as simply can't produce the volume of dough we need(no pun intended).
