Love My Universal Plus Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer was worth the wait. My dough comes out perfect every time. Easy to use, easy to clean. I easily made double batches of zucchini breads this summer. I really purchased this with bread making in mind, but the possibilities are endless. Looking forward to trying mulitple batches of biscotti for the holidays.

LOVE MY BOSCH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my Bosch. I grew up with one and have so many fond memories baking with my mom and my sisters. Our Bosch ensures SO much (getting dropped on the floor, accidentally getting put in the oven... it's a funny story) and it's over 20 years old. It's amazing! I received one as a wedding gifts a few months ago and my husband and I have fun with it. It's sturdy, works well, and gets everything done exactly how we want.

This is a beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much power this machine has. I have a KitchenAid 600 as well and I never use it after buying this machine. It functions so well, has tons of attachments and looks great on mymy countertop. I wish I knew about this mixer before I bought the KitchenAid because I would've saved my money and purchase additional attachments for the Bosch instead.

Elegant design. Whips up as small badges as only 1 egg white, as well as huge badges like 4 pounds heavy yeast dough ! A real professional in everything!!!!

My best kitchen purchase in YEARS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time amateur baker. I have used several stand mixers. Mostly Kitchen Aids. They run for a while and die. I actually thought it was the natural course of life. And then a friend in Europe told me about the Bosch... Well to be honest as I had never even heard of it. I wrote it off as hype. But then LIFE intruded and my KA Pro decided to go to its kitchen in the sky. So... Well I looked up a demo vid of the Bosch Universal. Well. I could not believe it at first. So I kept researching. Long story... Short version. I bought one... Best kitchen appliance I have EVER bought. I work the heck out of it! It never chokes up. It is faster, stronger and WAY more dependable. Don't hesitate. Just buy it!
