Best decision I made

Exceptional Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely pleased with this mixer. I've only used it for bread making so far, but it's amazing! Kneads large amounts of dough with all ease. My loaves have turned out beautifully. My Other brand name mixer can't handle what this Bosch does. So happy with it I ordered one for my daughter who makes cookies and cakes. She'll love it I'm sure.

The Mixer I've been waiting for my whole life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bosch Universal Plus mixer with the baking attachments. I've used it several times in the past week and am unbelieveably impressed. The quality has exceeded my expectatons, whether I'm making cookies, a cake, or a fluffy meringue. The attachments are easy to use, and everything is SO EASY to clean. I wish I had purchased one years ago! I'm so excited to FEEL like baking and cooking again!

It is durable, powerful and easy to use and clean. It is the last mixer we will need to buy and will certainly be able to pass it on too one of our children

Love my new Bosh Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Kitchen Aid for about 30 years and when I decided I was going to start making bread, I realized that having to deal with the mixer head to add flour, etc. was basically a pain. I saw that the Bosch mixer had it's motor in the bottom of the mixer, letting me add ingredients simply and neatly into the dough. I love it and look forward to making many loaves of bread, cookies, cakes, etc. and may even buy the blender attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It mixes dough like a champ, doesn't overheat, doesn't grind, just runs and runs.
I have 2 things I wish were different, 1 of them actually being fixable. I have the stainless steel bowl, and the bottom molded plastic part was broken on arrival. We got a replacement quickly, but I am always a little fearful that it will break on the new one. I'd rather it be metal. The other thing I'd change is the ability to mix small quantities of dough. Even with the dough extender, it is hard to get a good mix. The fix there, of course, is just to make bigger batches!

Why did I not purchase this sooner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the stainless steel version and purchased a plastic bowl as well as a few accessories. Why did I hold onto the KA machine for so long? This is excellent quality, replaces a lot of equipment and super easy to use. I can make cookies, breads, cakes and even did mashed potatoes in it without additional accessories. I am now looking for ways to use it and will be replacing my hand crank pasta machine with pasta roller attachments soon. You can tell this is quality and it is nice and light, anchored by suction cups so it doesn't rock and the silver is beautiful to leave on counter without taking a ton of room.
