Kitchen machine

I had an old Bosch mixer for probably 40 years. The plastic was starting to fail so I bought a new one. I like that it sticks to the counter securly . The plastic drive is not good. It broke when I made cookies. Partly my falt because it said not to do that. But old habits ..... I could use the beaters on my old machine. It had a metal drive. Otherwise it seem great.

A bread making beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so much better than the orbital style mixers. It's excellent. I'm docking a star though because it should absolutely come with the Nutrimill cast stainless dough hook. That dough hook is dishwasher safe and has a built in small batch scraper. It's a must buy and should just be part of the package.

Making bread was never easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started down the sourdough rabbit hole and have been eating great ever since. Our Kitchen Aid mixer couldnt keep up so we upgraded to this and its been great ever since. We've added all the attachments, too - processing food is easy now.
