It's a beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been making beautifully risen bread with my Bosch Compact for 7 years. I recently added the Universal Bosch for my bakery business and it's a beast for handling large quantities of dough. It too produces consistent beautiful bread. I am more than happy with the mixers, Bosch will not disappoint!

Bosch Kitchen Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it for itself. However, when comparing it to the older model, I don't feel like it is as powerful. Having said, this there are several options that I love that come with the newer machine that didn't come with the older one. I am torn between which one I like best. For the blender attachment, I am truly missing the blender on the older model. My blender bowl gave out and they no longer make a replacement so I was forced to buy the newer model. I just feel like I have to blend longer in order to achieve results close to what I got with the older model. Please make the replacement blender bowl again for the older model and I will be so happy!

Great for big batch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can really power through yeast dough and whips like crazy however it struggles with small batches (1-2 loaves) of yeast dough. That is the only drawback.

Dream Come True

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been making my own bread for about a year and my husband bought the bosch mixer for me for Christmas and it is seriously a dream come true! It makes the whole process 1000x easier and CLEANER which are both so important as a mom to some crazy little kids who make enough messes without me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my bosch mixer because my Kitchen aide mixer started leaking an oil at the base. My husband watched the review of both mixers on Youtube. We were sold, since i have had it and used it I love the Bosch!!
