Bread and cookies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch. It is perfect for big batches of bread and cookies that my other mixer would struggle with (and I never tried because I know it wouldn't). My first batch of my MIL's bread turned out great without me kneading by hand.

Delighted with my new mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought myself a present! It is a whole different way of mixing. I wasn't sure what I would like it, but it is great and very easy to use and clean. My first bread dough, which was multigrain bagels, that I made was a game changer. So quick and easy, no bogging down, the dough was mixed and kneaded to perfection. I am so glad I stepped up to this Bosch!

effective mixer for sticky dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this counter-top mixer with dough hook extender to mix (1) whole wheat dough for chapathis, and (2) rye & wheat dough for rye bread. Both types of dough are very sticky and difficult to mix by hand.

So much power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worked with a Kitchen Aid for eons (I still love my Kitchen Aid). I was finally able to get a Bosch and the first thing I noticed when I flipped it on, was the power. I have made a double batch of bread and a quadruple batch of cookies and it is just amazing.

What do i do with the cord ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A minor, but annoying, mistake - in the product description it says "cord storage" but there is NO cord storage. On my old maching there was, but not the new model. Grrrrrrrrrr
