Great fridge

It also looks really good, the brush stainless teel look is sleek and seems easy to keep clean. I also thought it was a great value compared to the other fridges I looked at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the ice maker installed by a third party vendor who did a poor job, but once we got it re installed by someone who knew what they were doing, it works great. The entire refrigerator is great, with lots of room and well lit. Uniform cold.

the freezer door doesn't close , and it doesn't keep ice cream frozen. Don't like the noise it makes. I need to call to have the fridge look at to make sure it is working properly

Hey Dmd,1, thank you for your review. I certainly hate to hear that you are having concerns with your refrigerator. Typically, items in your freezer will freeze at about 20 degrees but ice cream needs to be much colder (below 15 degrees) to harden. I do recommend try keeping your ice cream in the rear of your freezer section. I would suggest testing your door gasket. The best way to test this would be to place a dollar bill between the body of your refrigerator and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then we would suggest a replacement door gasket. If you should have any additional questions please contact us for further assistance. Thank you, Jennifer

Hey alyssa12, I am terribly sorry to hear about your recent concerns you have with your refrigerator. Typically, the compressor operates at a higher pressure when first starting and the noise should disappear as the refrigerator continues to run and balance pressures. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
