Unreliable appliance

We have been having continuous problems with the refrigerator. First, we started to have cracks in front part of the freezer. We finally got the replacement but things in the back of a refrigerator get frozen and also started to make a clicking sound (like a clock). We're very concerned and wonder how long the product will last. The old one we had with a different brand lasted 14 years and didn't have any problems.

I bought my refrigerator just before thanksgiving. From day 7 the freezer would build up frost on the inside. After three service calls under warranty it was determined to be damaged and it was replaced with a new unit. The second unit experienced the same issue but for a different reason. It is due to be replaced with the third unit next week. While the service under warranty is very good I would have preferred for the purchase to be problem free

My husband bought this for us last month. There is more room inside than in our older one that fit in the same space. I like the features and the placement of shelves and bins.

Excellent second refrigerator handles the overflow well, compact design excellent shelf configuration bright LED lights makes interior fully visible

Poor Performance

I bought this at least a month ago and am going crazy with the noise it makes when it kicks on. I've had a service man out several times. Now they are going to replace the compressor. I hope that works. I really like the looks of the refridgerator but the noise it makes is unacceptable.

I've had two problems since I purchased the refrigerator in January.The first is water leaked from the bottom through my wood floors into the basement. The second was the seal on the freezer door was defective causing frost build up .Both have been serviced. In addition I had a hard time finding a company that would service the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy With Nice Design

The refrigerator makes loud clunking, buzzing, and chucking sounds since it was received. A service technician said the noise was due to gas expansion which could not be fixed or mitigated, was unlikely to resolve, and that I would just have to live with it. There is also a line of ice inside the freezer seal that no temperature adjustment has resolved. And I don't have an icemaker! This refrigerator is much louder than the 21-year old one it replaced and can be heard over conversations, TV, and other activities when the compressor is running. I bought the unit primarily for the design and flexibility of the interior shelving. If I had known it was this annoyingly noisy I would never have purchased it.
