It's still being repaired.

Bought the refrigerator in late July and seemed OK. Then after couple of weeks started forming ice in freezer compartment, Repair sealed the gasket, later replaced it but with same results.
Received refer in late July. After a couple of weeks noticed ice build up in freezer. Chris called you and repair man arrived and sealed gasket on freezer door. Still same problem. He replaced the gasket on another trip but same problem. Thought warm air might be getting into freezer from drip tube. Returned few days later and told him we noticed things had just started freezing in fridge compartment also. Checked the temp and freezer was about -18 and fridge was about 33 degrees. Ordered new temp control and we are still awaiting the repair part. Have set temp control if refer much lower and in freezer also and so are getting by for the moment. Hoping for the part to arrive soon. Also wished the deli drawer had a release so you could pull it out when empty to clean it. Have to take off the glass and pull whole assembly out to get it out to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looked good, but didn't work good

I got the first one in March and it kept having trouble with the seals and frosting up the inside of the freezer. Then it started leaking water onto the top shelf inside the refrigerator and I had to keep a little plastic container in there and empty it out every day. Had repairmen out several times and they replaced the seals and that didn't help the problem. When the store finally agreed to trade it out, they sent another of the same model and it did the same thing only worse -- messed with it and repairmen for another couple of weeks and then I just bought a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had some problems initially with the freezer seal. It was resolved with a new seal. wanted a freezer on the bottom unit. None in that price range.

Not happy my frost free is not frost free

I my refrigerator is not a month old and have had a repair man here and did not fix the problem another repair man is coming this Monday sgainy

I guess I am happy with my new refrigerator. I liked the egg trays they used to have and the covered tray for butter in the door. It makes too much noise when it runs, not happy about that.
I would recommend this to a friend!
