We hear your voice and appreciate that you have taken your time to share your important quality and design experiences. Striving to be the best home appliance company in North America, we do value your opinion. We regret to hear that you are having concerns with frost inside your freezer. We would like to recommend that you confirm that both your refrigerator doors are sealing tightly. If you have not already, please refer to the Installation pages of your owner’s manual. When installed, your refrigerator should have all four corners of the cabinet firmly on the floor, the cabinet should be level at the front and rear, the sides should tilt ¼ inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly), and the doors should align with each other and be level. If you find that these conditions are not present please see the instructions for raising or lowering the adjustable front rollers (if applicable) to ensure a tight seal at the doors which can greatly affect the temperature maintained inside the refrigerator.
