My First Tablet - An Idea Information Highway Interface

I've been watching the Tab wars for some time, and waiting for Samsung to release this 10.1 product; impressed my advances with Android.
Luckily for me, a family member was traveling in the USA when it released in June, and brought one to me in Canada ... one month ahead of Canadian release.
This tablet is everything I expected and much more. Thx for designing such a totally HUMAN friendly device.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no 4g solution

It was between this and the I-Pad2. The flash player was the deciding factor. I have had great experience with Samsung and their products. Still learning all the features of the product. Wish it had a how to app to shows some ins and outs.

Great Tablet

This tablet has been nothing short of great for me in my every day life as a biology major college student. The graphics that i utilize during experiments, the easy document utilization during work and meetings, and the overall lightweight feeling of this tablet has been all but pluses. Besides the lower amount of tablet optimized apps, slow multitasking speed at times due to excessive apps/videos/movies/music open and the lack of a USB host built into the tablet itself, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has not failed me yet. The multitasking ability is great, but there is a hiccup if i have too many windows open at a time when i tap the open apps button. Hopefully the 3.2 update for zooming in and re-scaling apps will have a huge boost in terms of apps usable on tablets. I'd def. recommend this!

At the age of 57, I was worried about getting my new tablet started up and set up without a hitch. No worries! This is amazing, and I'm loving it! Thank you Samsung!!

Was a little hesitant in getting this tablet, what with all the competition out there, but boy am I glad I looked at them all and picked the best of the litter. So easy to navigate and connecting with my Wi-Fi network at home I get unbelievable download and upload speeds. Of course being on a 105/20Mbps tier helps too. Even so, connecting with my mobile hotspot still gives me excellent speeds for all I want to do. Tons of apps, so easy to install and almost can get rid of my laptop. I think I'm going to be giving some of these as Christmas gifts.
