I am a graphic designer and am known to want all the latest in technology! I've been watching the development of tablet technology via the web. The Galaxy Tab was not something I thought I would buy but once Adobe Flash and Apple decided not to play with each other in the mobile world especially, I knew that I had to get something other than the iPad. The Galaxy Tab is it and I love it! I take it to meetings, actually everywhere!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first tablet I bought, while everyone is talking Apple I believe that the Android based products have more options, purchased 2 Samsung mobile phones, Android based and this convinced me to go with an Android based tablet.
Great design, good quality, support is good so far, no challenges. The Tab runs smooth, is simple, straight forward to use. I will buy a second one for my wife soon!

I have had my Galaxy Tab 10.1 Metallic Gray 32GB a month now and have become totally amazed at what it can do!!!! I have been able to scan my 2" Notebook PR Book (about 100 Pages) and put into the Tab with .pdf files and am now able to put on a mini picture show with letters, reviews etc. and be able to quickly show customers the same PR Book in half the time! Much more effective and with the added technology have gone leaps and bounds ahead of my fellow employees who are still using a paper PR notebook! The resolution is FANTASTIC! Wi-Fi is super fast and easy to hook up anywhere I go! Skype works fantastic too! Highly recommend this tablet far and above ALL others out there!!!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: would like to have had a sd card slot

Waited 7 months for the 10.1 WiFi Tab

I have wanted a table for so very long, but I dont purchase Apple products. So, I waited 7 months for the 10.1 WiFi Tab and was not disappointed. From the moment it came out of the box I was pleased with this purchase. Simply an amazing design. Apple is only jealous.

My favorite Android tablet!

I absolutely loved the original 7" Galaxy Tab. This is even better with a 10.1" screen, Android 3.1 Honeycomb, and a dual core processor. Samsung has done everything right here. The few problems that are not much of problems, are not due to Samsung, but to Honeycomb and can be fixed in software updates. I can't wait for the Touchwiz UX update to roll out. I love the way that looks, and I want to have it as soon as possible.
Can't wait to buy another Samsung product.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, just as cheap as an ipad, super thin thinnest tablet yet, awesome battery life

Finally a Tab that destroys IPad

Excellent tablet! It is fast, looks great, light, and running with purpose. It has literally replaced my Laptop. It does everything my laptop plus more. Though, I am an android fan, I must admit that I was not impressed with other tablets until this one came out. The only draw back is that you need an adapter for USB, HDMI, and SD usage like the IPad. Other than that it is the best tablet out there now. I cannot wait until Samsung's new tablet with Kal-el and pentile display comes out soon. That tablet will rule all other tablets and leave them in the dust.

Cons: have buy adapters for usb sd hdmi usage
