It Cleans Better than your Husband

1. You ask your husband to clean for 10 times and no response; this responds with one push button 2. Your husband went away at the middle of the cleaning; this can resume its tasks even if battery is finished - it goes recharge itself and restart afterwards 3. Your husband cleans in a casual manner just to shut you up, this picks up every single dust in the household and goes back and forth And, if you are fortunate enough to have a husband that cleans like iRobot, Congratulations!!! Otherwise buy one and you will be happy after, it is the ending of a fairy tale...until...you have to get your next iRobot after 3 - 4 years probably.
Pros: Cleans With Details, Easy To Empty, Easy To Use, Efficient, Long Power Cord, Powerful/Good Suction

Sweeps well. However, it does damadge corners on wood basebords leaving them abraised/nicked.

Wonderful item, used this item all over the house; contrete,tile,hardwood, and throw rugs, great with all. I just wish if could buy one for every room, it cleans all areas and takes it time but does a great job. If i had more i could run them all in each room while i, lay down, cook dinner, take a shower. Let me tell you this is a great thing to have, u could sit back and do anything while it does all the work for you. Wish Irobot would make one for cleaning the shower like they have one to clean the pool. Anyway i could go on and on. Please people don't hesitate on buying one you want be disappoited.

Kind of good, just not good enough

It gets the basics right: You press a button, it vacuums a room, it goes home and sleeps. It does a great job navigating around and under furniture, and it will un-learn a collision if you acidentally bump into it. I have the entry level model (630) and I was a disappointed with its cleaning. There is no sensor in the waste bin, it can fill up and even though the vacuum stops picking up the robot keeps going. Ideally it should either go back to base and request emptying or stop, ask for emptying, then continue once emptied. Also, the brushes get badly tangled in human hair, pet hair, and carpet fibers very quickly. Sensors for the brushes would be good too, but instead, the robot keeps chugging away with poor performance. The 630 would be good for daily or alternate day maintenance cleaning after a thorough manual vacuuming.
Pros: Easy To Use, Labor Saving
Cons: Always On, Inadequate Capacity, Inadequate Sensors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my roomba i love my roomba but its on its way to get worke on now it quit picking up debree about 3 months ago not throwing anything into the bin i hope they can fix it.hardwood floors/perfect
