Good, except for sound quality

Sound quality is "raspy", even after tweaking the equalizer to kill the highs.
Also, I have not been able to get a working HDMI-CEC handshake between set-top-box and TV.
I know this is mostly a set-top-box issue, but is there some kind of work-around?
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this product to replace our Philips Plasma and have been so pleased with the LED clarity. The set up programming is exactly the same. Very easy to use and navigate even with the addition of the wireless connectivity. What a great added benefit to an already excellent product.

I have a 42 inch Phillips HDTV since 2007 and still enjoy it. It is now in another room in great shape. Decided to upgrade to larger screen,
after checking out many brands I chose another Philips due to it's incredible picture & multi-functions. people are amazed when they see it for the first time. Also, I was very happy with service on my 42" in the past.

Wonderful picture. Great sound. Vibrant colors. Internet Ready.
Pros: picture, sound, volume level, internet
Cons: non-universal remote control, the tv case is warped (wavy), setup is quite lengthy, not enough internet choices

The net tv feature is good. I use it to stream Netflex the only problem is I can not see the volume indicator.

Excellent picture quality, ease of use, only issue is the times it takes to boot up. Seems slower than other flat screens tvs
