Sound quality

I like everything about this tv except the quality of the speakers. They sounded "tinny". Any sound adjustments we tried did not help. We had to buy a sound bar in order to have good sound. I would definitely recommend putting better speakers on it.

Design is elegant, very slow turn on , apps more than enogh, but not ez to set-up the sharing software with computer,.Pls send E-mail with phone number for tech support.

Good product for the money with very good features

This TV has good features for the money. It does have a few bugs that if corrected would make the TV better. For example, when in NETV if you turn it off the pictures goes out but the volume continues for about a minute before it relies that it has been turned off. Also, the wireless connection to the TV needs some upgrades it continue to drop, but that is a great feature that if perfected would move my rating to excellent.

Good picture, bad for gaming

Ever since we bought this tv the picture has been great, but when hooked to a xbox one with a hdmi cord, the video processor or something with the tv lags. Also there are no software updates available, ( I tried the automatic feature) This tv has the same old menu from 2011.
Pros: colors
Cons: video lag, needs updated software for tv, needs software for apps
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this TV

We absolutely love the Philips LCD TV. Fantastic picture. The only thing lacking was the sound, but that is true on all of these TV's, but with the addition of a sound bar, everything is perfect.
Pros: picture, ease of use
Cons: sound from speakers
