Worst purchase ever

What a waste of money! It won't connect and when I finally get it to connect, it will print one picture and then go "offline."

This is the 1st BAD product I've gotten from Canon..I've been buying and using Canon products for more than 15 years...Printer is very noisy, shakes likes it's wired, manual is hard to understand if you're a beginner...Return it if you can...Best of luck, you will need it...What happened Canon?...

I recently purchased a Canon MG7100 Series Printer. I can finally air print and print double sided without having to manually turn the pages around. Best printer I have had!

HUGE disappointment

I can't describe how much I dislike this printer. I had an MP970 for 7 years and loved it. so I thought my next printer should be the newest improved Canon. The first printer froze in a non-functioning position after 2 months. i now have a replacement that doesn't pick up paper of any size other than 8.5"x11".Canon even gave me a gift of 4"x 8" paper to use and there isn't a way to use it with their printer. The help desk and instructions on setting the printer head are wrong so I had to spend half a day on the phone getting instructions. the scanner sucks big time. Had to buy a separate scanner. Buy something else!
Pros: Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: Difficult to use, Large Footprint, Difficult Setup, unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
