We bought this ice cream machine as a replacement to our earlier and much used Cuisinart model which can no longer be supported. The new model is a far superior and quieter machine and makes both better ice cream and sorbet with its choice of paddles. It is simple to use and easy to clean.

I have been using this for 3 months now and it's an absolute gem. Very easy to use and the gelato comes out smooth and consistent. Don't know how I lived without this for so long!

Making your own ice cream gives you the ability to make it a healthy-ish treat by adding more fruit and yogurt and less sugar. We love this machine no noisier than any other ice cream machine we have used. Simply fill, switch on and wait 45 mins for your ice cream. The only thing I hate is trying to scrape the finished ice cream from the paddle but this is the same with all machines. This machine is a heavy piece of kit so make sure you have the muscles to lift it !

Far exceeds any expectations that we had. THE most amazing ice creams with minimal ingredients and full on taste and texture. Only gripe is the size of the machine but it looks stylish on the counter top

I’m so happy with this purchase. Ice cream in 40-60 minutes is fantastic! Very easy to use! Just a shame that so much ice cream gets stuck to the middle of the paddle so does not get as firm as the bits on the end of the paddle

I’ve used this a couple of times a week since I bought it, working my way through the recipes that came with the machine. The results have been great each time although I do have to freeze the ice cream after I’ve finished the programme as I like the ice cream to be hard. It isn’t a cheap machine but does a great job so it’s worth spending the money. I’m looking forward to experimenting as I get to grips a bit more with the machine.
