Was a bit undediced about note edge vs note and the extra cost... now that I have the edge feel great about the decision... did not realize you could scroll home pages on the edge of the phone.. love the alerts on the edge... had to run around a bit to get the right case. a few things to learn and actually wound up printing out the manual because of the all the neat stuff you can do compared to that other phone... stylus functions still basic but other than that really a winner... from a personal perspective it shut my wife up... she quickly acknowledges now, even to our friends, that side by side next to her iphone or ipad on our home network the galaxy is significantly faster browsing or downloading and the screen is clearer and more precise...
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Samsung has been one of the leading companies that can give customers new features that no one has in great quality devices. The edge charges very fast, make power points, edit uploaded docs by taking a picture and loading it on to S type. Multi tasking made easier with the edge panel, customize basically all features and look. Amazing pictures and video quality wider lens capabilities to capture large group pictures. 32G storage with a disc slot to add more storage. If your ready to carry one device, this is your phone. No more tablets,laptops or exercise bracelets to monitor heart rate to lug around. Simply amazing! I just wish I could get it in pink!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, 13 mp camera with beauty selfie mode, fingerprint scanner unlock mode, fast charging time, emergency mode to save battery & message location, super battery saver, edge panel fully customizable
Cons: cost but well worth the investment

Great Big Smartphone Device

Bought this phone when it just came out and was an upgrade from a Galaxy S3. The size took some getting used to and even now I still have to come up with creative ways to carry it in my pocket.
The phone does not disappoint in function and the battery life is GREAT. I am a moderately heavy user, sometimes on wifi sometimes on 4G, and after 12 hours I usually have about 50% battery life left. That is with about1 hour of listening to music (through bluetooth headphones), texting, surfing the web, checking emails and taking a few photos and posting.
The one problem I found was that if I carried the phone in my back pocket, the edge screen would turn on and accidentally press an app or buttdial someone. A lockscreen with a password easily prevented this.
Samsung products have always been number 1 to me and I continue to use them because they never seem to disappoint.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

Great phone

I have owned every iPhone except the iPhone 6. I moved to the galaxy edge. I love the curved edge. It is both useful and appealing. The only reason it lost a star on the overall rating is because Samsung thought it would be best to NOT allow this phone to be used with the Galaxy VR. I say allow because it is as powerful as the Note 4, with a lot of the same features.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: no galaxy vr support

So much easier to navigate on the Edge to find the app your looking for without going back to home, Anytime your doing something notification comes on the edge. Great color, battery life, camera, s-pen smarter. i love it Great Phone!!!!!!!

I am in awe with this phone. It does everything. I have the galaxy note 2014 tablet and I am using that less now that I have this. The edge screen is awesome and has worlds of potential. Keep on innovating Samsung!

This phone is definitely a tablet and phone all in one! As you talk on the phone, notifications come up on the edge screen and does not interrupt your primary screen function. Besides, it just looks very , very cool.
