Great new design!

This is a great device. Very excited that Verizon has taken phone design to the next level in creating a unique new idea that hopefully transpires into other types of technology. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these. I have friends who have played with them and they say great things about them. So excited to get my own!

The edge is a great update to the Samsung Note line. It is faster and lighter than a S5 with a better battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

Design & features right direction

After extensive research for my next cell phone I selected the SGN Edge for its design and features with the S-Pen. I enjoy creating artwork and photography and this review is my early impressions thus far (another will come in about 6 months, Lord willing). The OS is very good and every bit as intuitive to me as my previous iPhone's ( I like both devices). The images I get are very good and will likely be the inspiration of future paintings. The videos I have shot are inspiring. I am still green with much to learn, using the S-Pen for more applications. Currently researching artistic apps where I can use the S-Pen for creating artwork on my device, and looking forward to having this opportunity for creating art wherever I am, whenever an idea hits me. This is very important as my phone is w/ me most everywhere, so creating even a sketch of an idea that I can either finish on the Edge and/or complete in another medium w/ acrylics, soft pastels, oils, is a positive outlet for personal expression. I look forward to learning... and doing. Just want to compliment Samsung and all of the people who worked at the R&D to put this forward thinking useful device into a reality!!!! Great work!!

Unique but could be better

The Note Edge is an awesome device in it's capabilities. But, it is not the fastest device out there, especially given it's specs. A speed improvement would make it near perfect.
Pros: Bright display, big screen note features curved display
Cons: slow

The Note Edge make my life more productive. The large screen colors are bright, beautiful, and life like. The stylus lets me take notes faster than typing. The "edge" is eye catching and makes app selection easier and directly at your fingertips. I'm very satisfied with my Note Edge.

This is not a good product

Ever since the system upgrade on this, it will freeze up in any link that is opened. It has to either be restarted or powered off and back on to get it to work. The keypad will freeze in the middle of a text. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations

After 9 months with this phone can say it is absolutely a fantastic piece of hardware! No issues, fast, and very productive tool.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, fast, edge very functional
Cons: trying to find one and can't
