THE BOMB

I love this phone. I work in the field and take a number of pictures. The idea that I can pull out the S-PEN and write on the images is great. I've used this feature many times. Take the picture, S-Pen ideas directly on the image and forward to contractors. This is the BOMB. No more long email trying to explain what I want. Thank you Samsung for seeing outside the box.
I bought this phone and immediately noticed that it would freeze lag and touch wiz kept crashing. I took it to 2 sprint techs the first one said it was the network and reset the phone the second one stated I had too many apps but I only had the chase app when I showed him HE ALSO reset it. I kept getting dropped calls and sometimes people would not be able to hear me while on speaker people would txt me and I never got the text . This phone just didnt live up to all the hype. I am very knowledgeable in all things tech. I myself did everything I could to get this phone to work before taking it in. When sprint techs failed because they kept just stating the phone needed to be reset I sent it in to Samsung. I hope they didnt just reset it.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, constant freezing, random crashing, people cant hear me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had the phone for a month now... Not loving it.

I've previously had the Note 2, Note 3, and now the Note 4 Edge.
Things I like: The edge screen is useful The phone looks cool The camera takes good photos
Things I don't like (the list is a lot longer): Apparently they don't have separate antennas now for voice and data so you're forced to use the Verizon advanced calls feature. Which seems to work "ok" but then you can't use Verizon's caller ID feature.
This phone lags.... More so than the Note 3. Not sure if it's touchwiz or just the OS, but it's slow to make selections and switch screens.
The battery life is terrible. Worse than the Note 3. i find myself back to carrying a spare battery and charging at the office as well as the night stand.
Frequent app crashes. Not sure if it's the phone's fault or the apps, but I get crashes with apps like facebook ,etc.
The camera can be slow taking pics. I was expecting much quicker shutter speeds.
Answering calls from the edge screen is challenging. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Same for using the phone features on the edge while a call is in progress. I find myself constantly swiping as it doesn't seem to recognize what I want to do.
The speaker phone is horrible. Only works in the most quiet of environments. I could use the Note 3 in my car's cup holder. All I hear is complaints using the Note 4 in the same car.
The speaker is in an awful spot. If you lay the phone down, it muffles the speaker. If you hold the phone, often times your finger covers the speaker. Come on Samsung, your better than that.
As you can see, I'm a little disappointed with this version of the phone. I was contemplating returning it and holding on to my Note 3 till there were some serious software updates that hopefully improved the hardware. Unfortunately I got busy and forgot and well now... I'm married to the phone. Let's hope Samsung/Verizon starts rolling out some updates soon as I feel certain most of this stuff can probably be address with updates, as the hardware specs all seem to be in order.
Pros: Bright display, interesting design, great screen
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life, awful speakerphone, slow camera shutter speeds, the os is very slow/lags, frequent app crashes, edge screens lacks responsiveness, speaker position
