Worst Cell phone ever

I went from a Note 3 to a Note Edge mostly for the glamour this unit shows but the true is the unit does not perform not even close to my old one.
Apparently the extra screen affects the performance of the entire unit in a big way.
It lags and most of the time is a pain to unlock it using the finger print, I had to do a factory reset because it wouldn't read my finger and it wouldn't take my password word of advice if you own this unit do not use the finger reader it is garbage.
The Note Edge has the same expects as the Note 4 so get a Note 4 instead, this unit should have at less 4 GB of Ram it only has 3 GB.
Video performance and the rest is as expected, so I cannot complement what is supposed to be top notch, on a cell phone that cost more than a grand come on... what happen here?
If you want a good cell unit get the Note 5 and you will get a processor with 8 cores instead of 4 and 4 GB of Ram.

Great phone. Didn't last long.

After my S4, the note edge was my next phone. The curved side really grabbed my attention because it was only on one side of the phone. I absolutely loved the note edge. Easy to use but it was shortly lived after I got it accidentally got it wet. It was difficult to find a good case for the phone. It felt cheaply made, like really cheaply made for a Samsung but it never got hot and the stylus was was fun to use. The curved side was my favorite because I could put the apps that I used the most and access them quickly with one hand. The phone was not to big for my hands and was quite an attention grabber. The note edge was not as well built as the past phones that I've had with Samsung and it seems like the phone was a big flop because it seemed like a hassle to get another. I think Samsung should take the concept and perfect it because it has a lot of potential, this is one phone that definitely should have been water resistant. I couldn't get another note edge so I opted for the note 5 (I will post a review on that too!).
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Note Edge, hopefully Samsung makes a Note Edge 2 with sdcard and removable battery. The Note 5 I don't like and wouldn't buy.

Great Features Excellent Usability

This phone is great! I have had a good experience using the edge screen for small tasks that did not require full screen. The side/edge clock feature is pretty useful as well. My most important things, microSD feature and removable battery feature put this phone ahead of the note 5 and S6 line for lasting through rough situations or ones where the limited storage on other phones cannot compete.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, edge screen for small tasks, can be used inverted/upside down
Cons: recording on the edge will timeout after 45 minute, functions on the edge time out after 45 minutes

Great Phone. 1 Downfall.

I Like Nearly Everything About This Phone. I Can Use Up To A 128gb Micro SD Card, The Camera's Great & Internet Speed Is Perfect. Unfortunately This Phone Sounds Randome/Phantom Alerts With Seemingly No Rhyme Or Reason. Simply Select Silent For The Alert/Notification Sounds Under General Device Settings, But Go Back To Email & Text Settings To Select The Sounds You Actually Want For Their Specific Alert/Notification Sounds &You Should Be Fine
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, plenty of aftermarket cases available for all edge
Cons: random/phantom text alerts. you can silence them

I love the edge capability it helps a lot when I am looking for a certain app and I can't find it scrolling through the phone I can just tap on the edge and find the app immediately love the built in app for the flashlight the camera is okay has a lot of storage external and internal love the micro SD card capability speakers sounds great.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, edge display, easy to use, micro sd card slot, sound quality is awesome, s pen capability
Cons: could have a better camera

This is great for a mult-tasker

This phone is great for a multi-tasker such as myself. You are able to split screens and look up information with out having to leave the screen your on.
