Sucks Big Time

This is so bad (my apartment supplied the stove) that I bought 2 induction burners to use instead. The stovetop takes forever to heat up, forever to cool (an issue in my hot weather climate), scratches, has a marked surface unless you vigoursly scrub with special products. I'm 60, have been cooking since I was10, and can hardly wait for this to be replaced with a stove that does more than looks good but is not for use. This is a stove for people who don't actually cook, have a show kitchen, and go out to eat. If I could give it a "0" rating, I would.

I love all but one feature on this Range

We bought this range a few months ago. I love all the features EXCEPT one. The control panel is impossible to visualize without shining a flashlight directly on the panel. Is there anyway this could be illuminated ? Do you sell a retro-fit to make these controls visible ? Thank YOU !!

The glass is hard to maintain

My range is less than a few months off and the glass top appears scratched already. I do not use my range a lot nor am I rough with it. I use special glasstop products and it doesn't rub out the scratches. I hate to imagine what it is going to look like after a number of years. The functionality of the burners and oven is fine and it is an attractive appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great range for the semi-pro

Plenty of power. Boils water quickly. Oven temperature is accurate.
Only complaint is that stainless steel shows every water drop and fingerprint.

Has some good features, but some significant issues. Control panel is verticaly mounted without backlighting. It cannot be read without a light in the kitchen turned on . Oven temperature control is poor in maintaining the temperature. It drops as much as 30 degrees F before heating back up. This is not adjustable but is inherent in the way the way the control circuit works. If I wish to maintain a reasonable temperature level I need to turn off the oven every 10 minutes and immediately reset it, effectively a very crude manual control. The stovetop burners are easy to control and adjust. This would be a decent range if the two problems were corrected, especially a properly engineered oven control circuit having a sensible deadband not the 30 to 40 F that it has now,

Great range, stovetop and convection work great!

I've had this range for five months now, and could not be happier with the performances. The convection roast feature is my favorite and I use it almost daily. The include cast iron griddle is an amazing additional bonus to an already great range. Love the looks, love the performance - can't wait to do some holiday cooking with this appliance.

Love! Love! Love!

Have had almost 3 months and love it! My electric oven bakes 2 and sometimes 3 cookie sheets at a time on convection wonderfully. Love the oven drawer. Great for warming up pizza, slow cooking ribs, small meals you don't want to heat the large oven up for. My biscuits didn't raise evenly in that lower drawer but they were good. The gas stove top is great. I do wish both front burners were not the power boil but just regular gas burners because I use those burners so often for everything and I don't need the extra heat. But it is a beautiful range! I just love mine!

Display won't come on after power failure.

Hi there,
I have this appliance in a rental that I own. Was running the self-cleaning cycle for the new renters, when the power went out. Now the power is back up, the circuit breakers all in the on position but still no display and door still locked.
I tried flipping the circuit brakers on and off, unplugging the unit but to no avail.
Anything else that I should try?
