We have had both gas & electric stoves , They both have their good & bad points. This stove has both of their Good points & None of their bad points.Best of both , Especially now that food is more expensive - With this stove you can cook everything to perfection , With Ease, & Never destroy any of your time consuming Recipes ! Purchased café duel fuel convection oven range. Looks great and control is excellent. We especially like the control of the tri ring burner. Baked goods are nice and even. Convection cooking is very fast. Meat probe is also an excellent addition
