Having a gas cooktop and an electric oven is the best of both worlds for cooking. The cooktop of this range has 5 burners and plenty of room for large pots. The convection feature of the oven works well to bake and roast evenly and fast.

We love to cook and this is the best stove I've ever had in 38 years! Easy to clean up afterwards. My husband does a lot of cooking now, what a bonus!

The range has all the features a true cook could want and the bottom oven really comes in handy. Love the large window for viewing and it is just a great range.

great looking stove

I bought this product because of the look and the price. Looks great. Need to get used to gas as this the first time I am cooking with it. Much harder to keep clean than an electric stove and takes a while to boil water, even using power boil. Also while the stainless steel looks nice, it scratches very easily so be very very careful with those iron grates on the top. Baking draw at the bottom is very nice and because of it I got rid of my toaster over.

My first gas stove and I love it!

We bought our GE Cafe gas range about 6 months ago from a local independent appliance store. Considering we had to fit it into an existing space we had to go with a smaller model than my dream range.The range looks very upscale and functions great and so happy to have a real simmer. We cook most of our meals so it gets lots of use and love the big side grates that come off as one big piece for easy clean up. We were disappointed in the griddle as it's aluminum with a teflon coating. I thought it was cast iron and scratched it the first time I made pancakes for my grandchildren. So I no longer use it as aluminum and teflon are not healthy for cooking. I was disappointed not to get the traditional broiler pan with a new oven. Overall it's a great value.
