This range "feels good." The components, grates, doors, griddle, etc. are solid. The cook top is easy to clean. The full surface design of the grates makes it easy to slide pots on and off of the flames. The griddle works well and is easy to clean. There is some unevenness in the heat distribution in the oven. I've noticed that trays of cookies finish at different rates both while using the convection and regular oven settings. Not a major problem. The convection setting is faster and baking batches of cookies on multiple racks is a breeze. One design complaint, I sometimes lean on the front controls and set the oven on. It requires a confirmation push to begin the setting or to cancel.
I bought this range to complete a full kitchen remodel. I got the above range GE Cafe microwave also. When I reach to get a dish from the microwave my body causes the stove timer and on 2 occasions caused the gas to come on. The stainless steel is hard to keep from scratching and hard to keep clean. The grates on the gas stove are hard to keep clean, and cause some of the scratching. Over all, I like using this range for baking and cooking, however I have to be extremely careful when removing anything from the microwave. If your body touches the knobs the gas comes on, and stays on until you smell it.
If you buy this range, be aware the LED display is greenish blue and not cobalt blue like the fridge. microwave and dishwasher. It looks like a mis-matched piece.
Bad taste on green bean casserole baked in lower oven.

I really enjoy this oven, however for the first time I baked a green bean casserole in the lower oven while baking a ham in the mail oven the casserole came out with a bad taste similar to using too much lighter fluid on charcoal when grilling. Is there a breaking in period on the lower oven or should I not use both of them at the same time?
Love love love this range. I use the baking drawer daily. The large oven is very very spacious; so if it's just my husband and I, we use the drawer. Heats quickly and cooks very fast. you may want to check your food 15 minutes earlier than you use to. The large oven, fantastic. Lots of space, convection wonderful, ease of use---awesome, and has a lock feature so little ones can not turn it on. Stove top cooks close to having gas! What a bonus this is. Bravo to the engineers who planned and executed this marvelous RANGE. Two things they could add---roller racks and covered element. That was not stopping me to buy this range and I'm glad I did however, I would have really enjoyed the new features mentioned. : ) Food comes out perfectly.

We recently did a total kitchen remodel and wanted a dual fuel stove. It has been a pleasure to cook on from the start. We have to pull out the instructions one these days, but why this range is perfect. Every aspect of the range is wonderful, very easy to use and it looks fabulous in the new kitchen. The front burners are very hot and water boils in the time it takes you to turn around.
