I use this product every day, and must admit I don't like when it is not available to use. When it works, it works great. That is, it cleans between the teeth very well. I am always surprised at the food particles it gets out from between the teeth. The problem is, the unit often fails. I am on my third air floss ( two replaced under warranty ) in seven months. So, it is a great tool, but it reliability needs to be improved significantly. For me it is a love - hate relationship. I love what it does when it works, but hate being without it when it breaks which at this point is way to often.
Pros: cleans great.
Cons: breaks down too often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much more sanitary than floss, which you will still need to get food that is stuck out from between your teeth. I love that you can put mouthwash in it which makes my mouth feel extra clean. Haven't been for a checkup yet since using, so no report from dentist how plaque free I really am.

We have 2 of these- one for each home. After many problems with it seeming to clog we finally figured out how to make it work better. We stopped using mouthwash in it and DON'T fill the reservoir all the way. That seems to greatly improve it's performance. I do love it when it works good. I would not use as a total replacement for regular flossing but it is amazing how much debris it removes and perfect when in a hurry and on the run.
Pros: fast and efficient
Cons: tends to clog

Hi, I have had a LOT of dental work and issues with bleeding gums. I am still having minor issues yet this product seems to be helping quite a bit. It is EASY to use and is quite powerful, so be careful pointing it too much downward in the gums. That said, it blasts stuff out from between the teeth and in less than a minute your whole mouth can be done! I highly recommend it!

I was told I don't need to come back for a cleaning as often with this product. Even better than a water pick! I use hydrogen peroxide instead of water for a better cleaning!
