I have had a gum problem for years. I use to flos and then got tried
of the process. eventually got into more problems( gum desease)
I came accross this product at my dentist office. I use it eveyday and it works well. It get some foods that get lodged in places a tooth brush cant reach. It has made my everyday dental hygne much easier.

The only things I think could be improved is the liquid chamber. The closure seems to be penny anti.

I use Plax with it, instead of water, and get an even better clean. I always wipe off all excess Plax after each use so it doesn't get a sticky build-up. Floss sometimes got caught on my fillings. Using the AirFloss has eliminated any problems like that! Love the product!
Pros: ease of use.

does not substitute for flossing but is certainly better than just brushing. A bit noisy due to water pressure.
