the airfloss worked just like I expected it to. After using my teeth and mouth feel totally clean and refreshed. It removes so much more than regular flossing ever did. Highly recommended!
The Airfloss does deliver a powerful burst of water and air, but I'm not confident that it cleans all areas as well as floss, especially tight areas. But it is better than floss in other areas. So I alternate the two methods. The manual wasn't clear whether you use it on just on the outside of your teeth, or also the inside, so I do both just to be more thorough.
Pros: works as advertised
Cons: still may need to floss in very tight areas
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product claims to replace dental floss and to be better than the Waterpik. Let's look at both these claims: 1. While it does an excellent job of cleaning between teeth and removing biolfilm, it does absolutely nothing for the contact points between the teeth, something that dental floss accomplishes handily. 2. In addition to cleaning between teeth, the Waterpik cleans along the margins on the gumlines, something the Airfloss doesn't do.
Summary: This is an excellent product when used as an adjunct to regular dental care, but should not be relied upon solely to replace flossing.
This item is overpriced and too hard to use effectively especially in the rear of the teeth. Ir is too hard to set the outlet into the crevices of the teeth!!
Teeth feel clean. Much easier and nicer to use than flossing tools and flossing w/string! I hate when floss gets stuck between two teeth that are very close together.
Pros: does not get stuck between my teeth like floss
