Since I have never been a fan of flossing (too much trouble), when I saw the Phillips I thought that this might be the tool for me.
I am really pleased with the results and am amazed at how many more food particles are released. I am sold on the product, but must say that it is a bit messy!

The holding container for the water runs out too soon. Maybe an external holding tank container with a tube would be a option. Or even a bigger container as what is now used so as not to keep on re-filling the container. This is great for travel. But for constant home use...an external holding container with tube would be great.
Pros: very portable.
Cons: maybe expand on the water container.

It's just what the doctor (in this case the dentist) ordered! He said he could really see an improvement in my teeth and gums. I have arthritis and had trouble with flossing but with the AirFloss I can really get in between my teeth. I use it 2 or 3 times a day.
Pros: looks nice sitting on bathroom shelf

I would have given this product 5 stars instead of 4, but the feature I do not like is not having the ability to adjust the power of the water/air flow.

This unit takes getting use to. You have to locate the correct area and then trigger the device to flush the area with air. This unit is difficult to operate with Arthritic hands. Additonally it takes quite a bit of time to correctly do all the teeth. Not my favorite device to use.
Pros: rechargable no cord
Cons: not compfortable in the hands to operate., takes time to do the entire mouth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
