My dentist recommended this. My teeth are closely spaced. A stimudent or plastic pick seems to work much better for me. Also it's pulse of water feels icky.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: doesn't work well. feels funny

Great idea

Somewhat easy to use in the front of teeth a little less easy to floss from behind teeth. Removes food particles that brusing and string flossing don't remove.

Good Close to great

This works good, only draw back fluid reservoir is not large enough and the door opens a little too ease for my liking. It works great and gets the tough stuff out
Pros: ease, cleaning, charges on same charger as the toothbrush
Cons: liquid compartment needs to be larger

The first one we bought had a glitsch, but Philips replaced it without a hassle, and this one works great, getting not only between teeth, but around bridgework.
