Much easier to use than regular flossing as I have some arthritis in my hands. Also easier to clean area of bridge work in upper jaw. Majority of time I mix mouth wash with water in the reservoir - more refreshing.
Cons: reservoir gets a little drippy, price could be better
I like the device and find it is quicker and much easier to use than floss. However, until I get my next check-up I can't be sure that it works as well as dental floss.
I read some reviews where people said the Sonicare was too expensive and they prefer using floss. I think the Sonicare is worth the price. I put mouthwash in the Sonicare and clean between my teeth from the fromt to back ,and from the back forward. It is fast and easy. When I used floss it kept getting caught between my teeth. PS My dental hygenist also likes the results.

The air flosser is the best. This device removes particles that are extremely hard to get with floss such as black pepper. I love mine and have given it rave reviews at a couple of health fairs I have attended in the area. I will be giving one to my Dad for Father's Day. My husband received one from me for his birthday. My mother went ahead and bought one after I got mine. I truly believe in this product. Thank you for such a great product.
I purchased the AirFloss to keep at work. A good water rinsing and a toothpick actually work better. The burst of water does not remove food items very well especially in the back of the mouth where the spacing between the teeth tends to be very close. The AirFloss does not hold enough water and you need to constantly press the button to give a blast of water-that is bothersome. I have used my Waterpick after using the AirFloss and the WaterPick removes food left by the AirFloss, the steady stream of water seems to be the advantage. If I could, I'd return it for a refund.
Pros: none
Cons: weak water streem, somewhat awkward to handle, angle of the water nozzle, cost to purchase
Love this product. The only thing I would change is..... have a bigger tube to hold the water. I have to do my top teeth first , then I refill then do my bottom teeth next.

I find this product to be a little clumsy to use. It may be age and arthritis related. Also, while using the product sometimes the air and water hits parts of my tongue and will hurt. Originally I thought the air with the water would be good, however, it's not as good as I thought it would be. Perhaps if I purchase another one I will stick to something thinner in diameter.
