This is a great idea and works well. I love it. It has really done wonders for my gums and helped my husband with his periodontal needs. His teeth are cleaner and gums less swollen. It is a great product. The only draw back is that it can break easily. I had mine less than two weeks and the green plastic extension piece broke off. I had to order new and wait for them to come in. It does not sit in its charger very well and can fall out easily and break. It also seems a bit fragile and is hard to travel with. No case.
Pros: really works well!, great idea!
Cons: plastic extension fragile and can break easily, no case for travel

Love using it with Oxyfresh mouthrinse

While I am still a flosser, I find that the Airflosser is a great delivery system for the Oxyfresh mouthrinse. I use less products with the airflosser and it delivers it directly interproximal where the bacteria live
Pros: adjunct to flossing and brushing

The Airfloss has made my life so much easier! I really don't like flossing but this actually makes me want to floss. The strong pressure is a shock and it did make my gums bleed at first but this was resolved in about three days. I also have braces (for the second time) and this make flossing and cleaning around them a breeze. I don't have to use those annoying floss threaders. My teeth are weak since my adult enamel didn't form completely so I don't hear good things that often. But I have received several compliments on my gum and oral care since I have started using this. It holds a charge for about a month, maybe a little more, and I only need to fill the resevoir once for two rounds around my mouth. The only bad thing: it can be messy. If you hit your tooth directly with a stream of water, it splatters on the mirror. But it is worth the extra cleanup.
Pros: works well with braces, great results, holds a charge, fast and easy
Cons: messy

Love my AirFloss.

I have periodontal disease and go every 3 months. Since using the AirFloss, there is a marked improvement (no bleeding gums). This is really making a differnece. I use it every night before I go to bed. It's quick and easy and takes no time at all. I don't use any special solution - just plain old water. It doesn't get any easier.
Pros: get's results.... easy and quick to use.

The Philips Sonicare Airfloss works very well and I believe it reduces plaque. The only possible design flaw is the cover to the mouthwash receptacle, which has only 2 little tabs holding it on. With frequent use, the tabs to the cover might break off and thus the Airfloss could not hold mouthwash to spurt. Otherwise, all the other design features are good, the air spurts are strong, and the handle is fine.
