I use mine twice a day and so far it has worked perfectly. I would buy another for sure and would recommend it. I use a squirt bottle with a tube to fill it so it's been very easy to fill since.
Pros: works as advertised. easy to use.
Cons: none.

I bought this product as an alternative to flossing as I found flossing to be a pain. This product did not work. It did not get food left behind. The water feels good when hitting my mouth but that is all that this product may be used for. Overall, I found this product to not only be costly but useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The airfloss does a much better job at cleaning between the teeth than I expected. It is a must for bridges that are very difficult to clean underneath with regular floss. The only slight improvement I can suggest is to increase the amount of water it holds, I have to refill at least once on each use.
Pros: design and ease of use, performance is excellent
Cons: reservoir for water needs to be larger

I have 3 bridges and the air flosser is better than the threaders I use to use. I love the option of using mouthwash instead of water. Mygums are cleaner, healther and the flosser gets all food products out from in between the teeth and bridges.

I like being able to use mouthwash in the AirFloss, I am learning to keep my mouth closed so as not to spray the mirror. It does a better job than just flossing. I still floss but use the Airfloss also. Still learning the correct position to hold it so that it does a really good job on my back teeth on the inside. Have only had it for about 3 weeks and would really miss not having it.
