A bit cumbersome.

Did not produce effects I'd hoped for. Awkward to use in the beginning & messy until I got the hang of it. Never sure that I was 'aiming' stream properly.
Pros: slick look
Cons: messy, hard to be sure aim correct
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really appreciate this product. I have several bridges and I can floss between them real well. Sometimes I use water and most times I use listerine. I have recommended this to friends.

Stylish & sleek but problematic when changing program while it is on and toothpaste is on it

The only big problem I find with this model is when changing the program from Clean to Gum Care to whatever desired mode/program when it has to be done while it is on and when you have toothpaste on it. If you want to avoid toothpaste splattering all over yourself and sink you put the brush in your mouth and select the mode while it is in your mouth . But by doing so, you don't see the mode to select from. My recommended fix is to be able to select the desired mode, put on the toothpaste then turn it on with the brush in yoru mouth and it will be in the desired program when you turn it on in your mouth. As it is, to avoid the toothpaste splashing/splattering all over, it stays on Clean mode, put the toothpaste on and turn it on in your mouth.
I am so disappointed with this considering the cost -- I was not not anticipating this problem. I wouldn't have purchased this had I known about this problem. Other cheaper Sonicare toobrush I bought does a better job.
Also, this need a travel case like previous Sonicare toothbrush I had before.
Pros: stylish and quick charging
Cons: poor design with program selection, expensive, no travel case

I have multiple crowns and have always had trouble using floss. It either gets stuck or shreds. My dental hygenist kept telling me that I needed to do a better job. Since I started using the AirFloss, every checkup has been perfect.

I was told to GET WITH THE PROGRAM by my dentist and since I hate flossing, I thought this would be a better way for me to go. Simple to use and effective and beats flossing!
Pros: easy to use
Cons: a bit messy

Why I bought this product.

I bought the Air Floss for my 62 year old daughter who lives in a home for physically and mentally challenged girls. She is not able to floss with dental floss. The dental hygienist suggested that we try it and it has worked really quite well. My daughter's gums are in good condition. It is rather difficult to do the molars, however. The Sonicare Water Pick which she tried was not easy for her with the amount of free flowing water. I use Sonicare Water Pick twice daily and highly recommend it.
Cons: hard to reach the molars
