I think that the airfloss is a little too powerful, I had to keep making sure I didn't hold the handle and head too close to my teeth and gums.
I had to keep watching the water holder's level. Otherwise, I got air shot into my gum space between the teeth, and it didn't feel good.
Once I get used to it, it isn't so hard to use.
I do feel cleaner after I finish airflossing, more than if I use regular floss.

I was surprised, what it got out from between my teeth, especially from under the implant. Dental floss often gets stuck between my teeth and does not remove all the things caught between the teeth. It gives my a good clean feeling.
Pros: it works
Cons: a little rough if not placed correctly
