This is a great product. I askekd my dental hygentist about using it and it was obvious that she had never heard of it. She said I still need to use dental floss. I have to admit that I am not flossing. I believe this is all I need to get between my teeth.

poor switch

I have returned one for a bad switch. And the new one is failing also.
Some times it turns on some times not. It is very annoying.

Easier than flossing!

I hate to floss and would hear about it every time I went to the dentist. This has helped a lot. It is easy to use and by using a mouth rinse instead of water really leaves you feeling fresh, which floss can't do. I'd recommend it.

This is the best dental product since the toothbrush. It came highly recommended by my dentist, and for good reason. It works as well or better than dental floss, and does not cause gagging.
My only complaint is that the manual clearly states the dispenser tube should be replaced every six months. No store carries replacement tubes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

best review timing ever

I was prompted for a review by a Phillips email today. The product just broke last night, again. I'm on my second one after getting the first RMA'd. This time it started squeaking extremely loudly each spray and now it doesn't turn on. I used it once every day.
Quality aside, it didn't quite replace flossing but does get crud from out of your teeth pretty well... sometimes getting what flossing can't. It also helped keep the region of my wisdom teeth clean of gunk.
All and all until they come out with a second generation, I won't be buying one again. I think I'll pick up a waterpic.

this is an excellent product; I find it a little awkward to use on the back of the teeth; also, the container for the mouthwash or water is too small and I always run out; but my dentist is very happy I'm using it

I was so hoping this would be so much better than flossing, but it wasn't the case. It's easy enough to use, but I don't think it cleans as well as regular flossing. I was disappointed.
