It's great, but it doesn't get ALL the food particles

It's easy to use, but I wish it had more force to get ALL the food particles. I find it a little difficult to clean. I still have to floss pretty often and I was trying to get away from having to do that.
Pros: makes my mouth feel better
Cons: sometimes is difficult to get it to start

This product has great features but I am not sure of the overall reliability of the product. I got a replacement under warranty.

I really like my air flosser. Unfortunately, it stopped working about 6 months after I purchased it. I obtained a replacement because it was under warranty. At this point, I am wondering whether this replacement will last more than 6 months.
Pros: improved the health of my teeth and gums.
Cons: not sure of the reliability of this product.

I have never owned an air flosser before. It took me a couple of times to get use to it and now I love it. It's quick and easy and gets into all those hard to reach areas. I still have to use regular floss once a day but I do recommend this product.
Pros: battery lasts a very long time.

My dentist recommended the air flosser over a water flosser. I bought this product with high expectations and I wasn't disappointed. However, I still floss a few times a week on top of using the flosser. Like other reviews say, you will spray your mirror occasionally, but you just need to adjust the angle you're holding the flosser. I also like to hold a paper towel around the flosser to cut down on the water dripping toward the battery pack. My mouth feels clean all day when I use the flosser. You won't be disappointed!
Pros: very quick, awesome clean feeling
Cons: slightly messy when you accidentally spray.

The flaw in design(if any) is the chamber where the liquid goes. I do not like the way it closes.

All in all, I like the flosser, but two things that bug me are the closer on the fluid well, and the storing of the unit.
