My only criticism is that the reservoir does not quite service two full uses----i get 3/4 through my second use and have to refill

The air floss could not floss between my teeth. I thought I'd try it because my teeth are so tight, floss will often rip between my teeth. The air floss couldn't even spray between my tighter teeth, and visibly evident plaque was left behind. I would rate the plaque removal rate for this product at maybe 30% compared to plaque removed from flossing. Very disappointing.
Cons: does not work well for tightly spaced teeth., water reservoir runs out quicker than stated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate flossing so my dentist recommended the Air Floss. It works and once you get used to the technique, it is superior to floss.
