Good brusing experience

My wife and I both use this main unit. Obviously we have separate heads. The cleaning experience is wonderful and we both get good reviews from our dentist who originally recommended the product. We take it on vacation as we cannot get along without it now that we have had it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not powerful enough/small water reserve tank

Seemed like a good idea when I bought it but I think the water tank should be larger and the product should be more powerful. I would not recommend the product
Pros: long batery life
Cons: water tank too small. not very powerful

It quit working in 2 months. Will not charge. blahblahblahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah
Cons: worked great ---for 2 months, then refused to recharge

Unique product from a great company

I have been a Sonicare user for many years and it is tremendously helpful in making dental cleaning appointments rather effortless. It has kept my teeth in great shape. When I heard the same company had introduced dental flossing machine, I was eager to try it out, so I purchased one and started to use it. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but these are my first impressions.
First, it really blasts the air and water or mouthwash. It makes kind of a big noise and it is somewhat jarring. In other words, it takes some getting used to. I thought my gums were in pretty good shape, but there are some places that are somewhat uncomfortable to have blasted. I'm hoping that frequent use of the machine will eventually alleviate this problem, but so far it is just uncomfortable in places.
It's a personal reaction, but I don't like the noise the machine makes when it operates.
On the plus side, It is easy to fill with mouthwash or water, and the amount seems to be enough to do all the spaces between my teeth. It is easy to rinse out and dry between uses.
The charger/stand is somewhat different from the other Sonicare products I am used to -- and I have owned at least a half dozen Sonicare machines over the years. This one takes some getting used to.
Because I think it can lead to better gum health, I am willing to keep working with it. But I would like to see some study results that show it is worth it.

Pros: it's made by sonicare, it does what it is supposed to do very well, good materials and feel, holds a charge pretty long, easy way to add water or mouthwash to the machine, easy to clean
Cons: unpleasant noise when it operates, the blast of air and water is uncomfortable, the fit and finish could be improved, no training video included

I love the airflosser and find that I do floss more than before....and that it gets out particles of food even after flossing with regular floss first. My only complaint is that it hits too hard against my teeth when I press the button. Wouldn't a rubber/soft tip that fits between the teeth be better?

I like this flosser however I still use dental floss as it cleans well at the base of the gum line but not so well between the teeth.
Pros: works well as a flosser
Cons: need something to clean between the teeth

It needs a change in design so that it has interchangeable heads. The head should be adjujstable for ease or storage on its base on the counter top; very tippy.

The title says it all, well almost. I have several implants, a bridge or two and some crowded teeth. My hygienist was always after me to floss, but it was such a pain in the neck, especially with threaders, brushes, etc. Then she told me about the "new" Air flosser to complement my Sonicare brush. That's all I needed, and am quite happy, as are my dentist, hygienist, and my wife, who uses and loves it as well. thank you, Philips, for developing this great appliance.
Pros: easy convenient and thorough
Cons: liquid reservoir could be larger
